Empowering Excellence: Co-designing a Medical Education Initiative
摘要
Development of local initiatives to confront racism and microaggression can benefit from the use of co-design methods. Co-design brings diverse stakeholders together in a planning phase, promoting synthesis and discovery and giving voice and direction to team members committed to an educational goal.
