Voices of Healthcare Executives
摘要
Healthcare leaders from minoritized backgrounds were asked to participate in a small qualitative study and reflect on their many decades of experience. This chapter shares highlights from their interviews and relays their insights regarding racism, microaggressions, pragmatic solutions, performance-based skills, and virtue ethics.
