Rapid Response Team System in Central and South America
摘要
Rapid Response Team (RRT) implementations are sporadic in hospitals in Central and South America due to the systemic financial, structural, and political issues. However, progress has been made over the last decade, and some work has now been published. Within the limited studies we identified, implementation of RRTs had shown reduction in their hospital system mortality rates, as well as, ICU re-admission rates.
