Simulation-Based Training for Rapid Response Systems in Medical Education, a Review
摘要
In the field of medical education, simulation-based training for rapid response systems (RSSs) or rapid response team (RRT) has gained significant attention in recent years. Given the critical nature of RRT scenarios in healthcare settings, medical professionals must be adequately trained and prepared to provide prompt and effective care; this relies on the interplay of many different disciplines within medicine and relies on multiple components of the health system and infrastructure. Because of the complexity and import of these scenarios, and the emotional charge that tends to follow them, simulation has proven as an apt learning mechanism.
