Parameters of the Model of Mixing of Polymer Particles in Crossing Flows for the Cyber-Physical Platform

The use of polymer particles from secondary products in the production of filament in the 3D printing industry is an important direction in terms of energy savings and recycling efficiency. The cyber-physical approach to automation of production lines for the pre-mixing of polymer components can be implemented by setting the appropriate information variables. The design of mixing equipment requires a theoretical study of the dependences of the quality indicators of the polymer mixture on these variables, in particular, within the framework of the stochastic approach. When analyzing the energy parameters of the model of mixing polymer particles in intersecting flows, factors were identified that have a significant impact on the specified technological process in a rotary apparatus.
