Optimization of the Cyber-Physical System Components of a Polymer Composition Based on the Real Formulations Analysis
摘要
The main aspects of optimizing the properties of a cyber-physical system in the form of a composite material are considered. A mathematical model is proposed that includes measures of manifestation of the property and considers the pairwise interaction of the components of the chemical system. This model is presented as an inconsistent system of equations for finding the specific effect of an additive per concentration unit in the form of a vector and the specific effect of a pair of additives per concentration unit in the form of a matrix. An approximate solution to this system of equations is given using the regularization method by minimizing the difference between the left and right parts by the least squares method. As a result of calculating the error, fuzzy values of the model parameters were obtained based on the analysis of real recipes for four properties taken from patents in the public domain. With the help of a fuzzy programming problem, the solution of which was the vector of fuzzy concentrations, optimal concentrations were calculated for the best manifestation of properties. Finally, the limitations of the obtained model and potential ways of its development were described.
