A Condensation Unit Pipes Contamination Modeling for a Predictive Diagnostics System

The chapter considers the development of a model of a condensing unit that describes the contamination of pipes. The model is part of the digital twin of the TPP auxiliary equipment, which is intended for further use in the predictive diagnostics system. The chapter considers the concept of digital twins, shows the main tasks in which they are used. Also, the types of maintenance organization, the concept of predictive diagnostics and approaches to its implementation, in particular, based on machine learning technologies, are considered. The result of the work is a program on the basis of which it is proposed to create a training sample for a predictive diagnostic system based on machine learning in case of insufficient data on the operation of the equipment.
