Enhancing Goal Achievement During Remote Work in Public Utility Services: Unveiling the Significance of the PDCA Deming Cycle

Remote work is a working form that provides new challenges and needs reengineering working methods to achieve the desired outcomes. Public utility services find themselves in an exceptional position as their primary objective, which revolves around fulfilling immediate and ongoing social needs, significantly influences their capacity for innovation. That is why increasing goal achievement is critical to secure operational activities effectively. Therefore, the research seeks methods to enhance goal achievement during remote work and proposes the adoption of the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) Deming Cycle. The research result indicates that adopting the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) Deming Cycle in public utility services during remote work significantly enhances achieving goals for their operational activities.
