Since Coimbatore is considered the Manchester of South India, the opportunities for women entrepreneurs and their economic activities are also expanding. This article attempts to examine the current issues and perspectives of the businesswomen in relation to the city of Coimbatore through the following objectives, namely, with a view to studying the socio-economic environment of the women entrepreneurs and their translation into the success and failure of their business endeavors, the Difficulties and challenges faced by women entrepreneurs, to detail them from their perspective, to analyze the wide range of factors that have driven the rise of women's free enterprise in recent years, and to analyze the obstacles they face before, and to make an overall assessment of their problems and make policy proposals. The study used both primary and secondary data. A simple random sampling technique is used. The statistical tools used are descriptive analysis, weighted average and Garratt ranking. The result of the study says that vigilance, dominance by society, lack of financial and moral support, inadequate professional training, difficulty in availing government loans, etc. are all aspects.
