Factors Influencing Entrepreneurial Intentions Among Female Postgraduate Students

Entrepreneurship is like the engine that powers a country’s growth and progress. It’s a super important way for people to create jobs, come up with new ideas, and make money. When people decide to become entrepreneurs, it has a big impact on how well a country’s economy is doing and how many people have jobs. Entrepreneurs are like the superheroes of the business world—they create opportunities for others, bring fresh and cool ideas to life, and help the whole country become more prosperous. This study investigates the entrepreneurial intentions of postgraduate females, examining internal and external determinants. A structured questionnaire was prepared and the data was collected from 30 respondents (M.Com and MBA), the results of the study revealed both M.Com and MBA students exhibit a similar kind of respond and they believe both internal and external determinant factors are significant to enhance their entrepreneurial intention.
