Development of Framework for Determinants of Consumer Behavior by Using Structural Equation Modeling
摘要
The study aims to analyze how retailers’ personal and professional actions impact individual purchasing behavior by using a measurement model. The study assessed the new and original model using 12 items in an instrument that did not include demographic characteristics, with a total of 313 surveys. The results indicate that these characteristics have statistically significant correlations with individual purchase behavior. The study's findings suggest that personal effort factors have a greater influence than professional efforts on merchants with high factor loadings. Marketers can deliberately utilize these elements to promote positive individual purchasing behavior.
