Innovation Policies for Start-Ups to Be Agile in a VUCA World
摘要
Entrepreneurs must assess innovation policies to remain flexible and resilient in the volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous (VUCA) environment. This study aims to offer perspectives and insights into innovation policies that are important for the development and viability of startups. Using the R programming tool Biblioshiny, papers containing terms like “Start-up,” “Innovation policy,” “Entrepreneurship,” and “Policy development” were examined. Policymakers’ attention has recently shifted to innovation policy, which is crucial in helping companies develop flexible plans for quickly reacting to unanticipated events. This study establishes the state of the art for startup innovation policies by providing an organized and thorough literature analysis. A detailed analysis of the collected data about startup innovation policies is necessary to support long-term startup ecosystems.
