There are many Amil Zakat Institutions (LAZ) which manage social funds in the form of zakat, infaq and alms (ZIS) in Indonesia. Some of them have used technology to receive ZIS funds. However, the use of technology does not help to achieve the expected ZIS revenue target. According to national zakat statistics published by BAZNAS in 2019, the collection of ZIS funds from all LAZs in Indonesia reached only 10.2 trillion rupiah. Indonesia has a zakat potential of 232 trillion rupiah. This means that the amount of ZIS funds that have been collected is only 4.3% of its total potential. This research aims to look at the behavior of people using technology related to digital ZIS payments. This research used the Technology Readiness and Acceptance Model (TRAM). Firstly, data was collected by distributing questionnaires to Muslim communities living in Indonesia who are categorized into the millennial generation. Secondly, the data was analyzed using Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) using the Smarts application. The results of this research suggest that perceived usefulness and technology readiness have a positive effect on the acceptance of digital ZIS technology. These results indicate that the readiness of digital ZIS technology will increase the perception that digital ZIS is useful for the ZIS payment process. Consequently, people will accept and use ZIS digital technology unhesitant. However, the ease-of-use factor does not necessarily increase people's acceptance of digital ZIS.
