Prologue: Newton and the Mysterious

Here, I outline my approach to the exploration of mysterious and occult forces. Terms are defined and the interpretative framework established. A brief history of such forces is given, and their manifestations are contextualized. The consequences of Newton’s theory of gravitation are described and a list of the forces to be examined is presented.
