摘要
Fintech can be seen as a bridge between the traditional banking methods and financial crisis. This sector has a great potential to grow. The span of fintech has expanded more over the last 5 years transforming the adamant Indian behaviour of using cash only. Cybercrime in simple terms is a crime done via computer and a network. Cybercrimes include crypto-jacking, identity theft, financial frauds, cyberespionage, cyberextortion, software piracy, and exit scams. The study aims to get knowledge about user privacy concerns with fintech companies and also to understand the privacy concerns of people associated with fintech companies. Since all these tools are continuously developing, developing stringent laws would be a difficult task. Fintech companies cannot stop digitization just to curb cyber threats; rather, they would indulge in disrupting further technologies and updating them.
