摘要

Knowledge is one of the most important strategic resources of organizations in general, and of Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) in particular, as their mission is to create it intensively (Etzkowitz, 2013; Fromhold-Eisebith & Werker, 2013; Jiang et al., 2013). However, what happens is that much of the knowledge generated in HEIs by their researchers does not reach the top, remaining in publications, tidy, when it often contains solutions to “real life” problems (Kessels & Kwakman, 2007). Both creators and users are known to have their “reasons” for being in this impasse (Becheikh, 2010).
