摘要
New innovation research theories (innovation environment theory, regional and national innovation systems, networks), focusing on studying the creation and stimulation of the innovation process, while traditional theories focus on forms of knowledge transfer, innovation, its distribution and staying in the “classical scheme”, take into account the special organisational nature and systemic character of the innovation process. Parallel to the innovation process, there is a learning process that improves the quality of the innovation process and results from the interaction between innovation and new knowledge.
