Genetic, phenotypic, and biochemical adaptation mechanisms underpin forests’ resilience to environmental changes. This chapter delves into forest adaptation to climate change, encompassing genetic diversity and adaptive management techniques. Forest's intricate ecosystems display a remarkable ability to adjust to shifting climates. Genetic diversity plays a crucial role, with natural selection favoring individuals possessing advantageous traits, ensuring resilient genotypes persist.
