Cutaneous Lymphoma
摘要
Cutaneous non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL) is a heterogeneous group of diseases with varied clinical outcomes. For indolent subtypes, radiation therapy alone, often with low doses, can provide superior cosmetic and disease outcomes. Radiation therapy planning for the treatment of cutaneous lymphoma is specialized and must incorporate clinical assessments for adequate therapy. Treatment responses can be protracted and adequate follow up is essential. In this chapter, we review the treatment of cutaneous NHL with radiation therapy.
