Target Volume Delineation for Mycosis Fungoides and Total Skin Electron Beam Treatment
摘要
Radiation therapy is a useful tool in the management of skin lesions and extra-cutaneous sites involved in mycosis fungoides and Sezary syndrome. Targeted local radiation is considered for the treatment of isolated sites of disease and total skin electron beam therapy (TSEBT) is considered when at least 10% of body surface area is involved. This chapter describes treatment approaches with radiation therapy, five clinical cases, and patient management during TSEBT.
