On 20 February 1914, the training ship Presidente SarmientoPresidente Sarmiento (frigate), under the command of Frigate Captain Abel RenardRenard, Abel and his second, Lieutenant Jorge Campos Urquiza, began its fourteenth training voyage with the candidates of the 40th promotion of the Naval Military School.
