This book chapter focuses on the utilization of artificial intelligence and machine learning in the field of cyber security. In this chapter, the basics of AI/ ML are discussed, along with the integration of artificial intelligence into hardware platforms, such as Field-Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGA) or Application-Specific Integrated Circuits (ASIC).
