摘要

Currently, in the world, the development of crank presses with two connecting rods is an urgent task. The work carried out an experimental study of a crank press based on a six-bar Stephenson II linkage mechanism. This crank press has two parallel connecting rods in its design and has an advantage over presses with a single connecting rod due to better distribution of forces on the slide. To check the uniform distribution of forces along the parallel connecting rods, their forces were measured. Force measurements showed that the punching force is distributed unevenly across the connecting rods. To eliminate the uneven distribution of forces between the connecting rods, the work proposes to eliminate redundant connections in the six-bar Stephenson II linkage mechanism. To eliminate redundant connections in the six-bar Stephenson II linkage mechanism, it is proposed to introduce kinematic pairs of the fourth and third classes.
