Construction of the Region with the Given Control Quality Indicators of the Rocket Angular Stabilization System by the Coefficient Method

The article considers the problems of ensuring the specified quality indicators of controlling the rotational motion of a rocket under conditions when its aerodynamic parameters vary over a wide range. The solution of this problem is based on the use of coefficients of the characteristic polynomial of the rocket angular stabilization system, which are directly related to the physical parameters of the system, in conjunction with the use of sufficient conditions for achieving the specified control quality indicators. It is shown that the coefficient method does not require extensive calculations of the roots of the characteristic equation in the analysis and synthesis of control systems for objects whose parameters vary over a wide range. On the basis of sufficient conditions for achieving the specified control quality indicators, the conditions to be satisfied by the values of physical parameters of the angular stabilization system are obtained in analytical form. In the parameter space of the control law the areas with the given values of the control quality indicators of the rocket angular stabilization system are constructed. The results of numerical simulation of the dynamics of its angular stabilization system in the yaw channel are given for the experimental model of the rocket, which illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed coefficient method of synthesis.
