Analysis on Attitude and Motion of Deployable Antenna Node with Superelastic Hinge Structure

摘要

Large-scale space deployable antennas in the aerospace field are important platforms for implementing satellite functions. This article focuses on the study of a 3RR-3URU tetrahedral developable unit containing a superelastic hinge. This paper analyzes the structural design and geometric relationship of the deployable unit, and conducts an analysis of the superelastic hinge and a kinematic analysis of the tetrahedral deployable mechanism of the framed antenna. In order to verify the correctness of the kinematic analysis model of the developable unit, kinematic simulation verification was carried out. The simulation results show the correctness of the kinematic analysis of the framed tetrahedral deployable antenna. Through structural design and kinematic analysis, it is aimed to improve the performance and deployability of the antenna. The research results of this article are of great significance to the development of the aerospace science and technology industry, and provide a theoretical basis for further optimizing the design and application of large deployable antennas.
