Preconditions for Creation of a Portable Hammer with a Crank-Rocker Circuit with the Largest Inter-support Distance and Singular Position of the Links

The work is devoted to the analysis of S. Abdraimov’s schemes with a singular position of links tested in impact machines, as well as the justification and selection of rational schemes of the impact mechanism that ensure increased efficiency of the working process of a portable impact hammer. The results of testing prototypes were analyzed and summarized; An analytical method was used to study kinematic parameters. Graphs of the kinematic parameters of three types of impact mechanism schemes with the largest connecting rod, with the largest rocker arm, and with the largest base are constructed and their features are outlined. The article presents the construction of a portable hammer model M10–19, developed on the basis of crank-rocker mechanisms with the largest connecting rod with asynchronous and commutator electric motors. Schemes of the varieties of S. Abdraimov’s variable structure mechanisms with the greatest basis and graphs of kinematic analysis are given. The resulting graphs show the promise of these varieties of S. Abdraimov’s circuits with the greatest justification having high frequency characteristics that allow increasing the output energy parameters of the mechanism and serves as a prerequisite for the creation of energy-efficient machine designs that are competitive on the market, and also, according to their parameters, creates a new segment of the market for electric hand-held impact machines. The possibility of using hinged schemes with singular position of links is demonstrated.
