Experimental Studies of Stress Changes in the Links of Lifting Mechanism Under Various Operating Modes of a Self-Propelled Lift

In this work, experimental studies were carried out on the lever mechanism of a self-propelled lift, which the attachment points to the base and movable platform do not change and are pivotally fixed to the base. Strain gauges were used to measure the stresses in the links of the mechanism, which were glued to the link points. The strain gauges are connected to the ZET 058 strain gauge measuring system. Experimental studies were carried out to measure stresses in the links of the mechanism during lifting and lowering of a movable platform with a load and when running over an obstacle of a loaded self-propelled lift. Information about the actual stresses in the links of the mechanism allows you to evaluate the stress state of the links of the new lever mechanism of the lift.
