Modeling and Automating the Decision Process
摘要
This chapter discusses different ways to implement your quantitative decision-making projects and solutions. Formalized projects, identifying “Quick Hits,” or large scaled efforts may be required to move your organization towards quantitative decision-making processes. Project scoping and definition is discussed along with engaging appropriate stakeholders and developing project proposals. Different automation options are also provided so that you can scope your operational model to the nature, frequency, and use of the model in quantitative decision making. Business case development may also be required to provide financial justification to the organization for implementing projects. Project and life cycle costing considerations are also addressed.
