摘要

This study investigates occupational stress among senior secondary school teachers in Himachal Pradesh, India, examining its sociodemographic determinants. Through quantitative analysis involving 394 teachers, factors such as workload, role ambiguity, role conflict, and peer relations were assessed. Findings reveal significant influences of age, educational qualification, family structure, and employment nature on stress levels. Understanding these dynamics is vital for implementing targeted interventions to alleviate stress and promote teacher well-being.
