Information and Communication Support for the Diversification of Business Processes in Conditions of Global Financial Uncertainty
摘要
Unprecedented challenges caused by military aggression defined new guidelines for the development of territorial communities and businesses in Ukraine. Under martial law, business development requires new strategies and approaches to management. Decentralization contributed to the transfer of power and responsibility to local self-government, which created favorable conditions for the development of companies, ensuring greater autonomy of entrepreneurs and compliance of business processes with the needs of the local market. The stability of economic development concerns both the progress of communities and the activation of the business community, taking into account the requirements of financial security. In today’s world, business processes are becoming increasingly complex and require constant adaptation to changes in the environment. Financial uncertainty has become a standard that almost every economic agent has to face. Therefore, information and communication support, which helps companies to effectively diversify their business processes, becomes of key importance. The recovery of the Ukrainian economy requires a comprehensive approach in the context of creating favorable conditions for investments, ensuring access to loans and technical support for economic agents (logistics transformers). The Ukraine Facility, which is part of the Ukraine Investment Framework (UIF), is aimed at attracting investments for the restoration and modernization of Ukraine. In terms of communication, the UIF will coordinate the interests of participants in private and public investment projects. In the future, business processes of recovery, and therefore, ensuring financial and economic stability, will increasingly depend on domestic sources and a high level of macroeconomic stability.
