Innovative Development of Industrial Enterprises: Evaluation, Choice of Strategy and Financial Support

The article deals with the problem of support of innovative development because of a managed multifactorial process of enterprise renewal, which consists in the selection of key elements and vectors of innovative changes for the formation of competitive advantages and maintaining the balance of relevant innovations in all structural and functional elements of the enterprise business activity. As part of the resulting indicator, the authors propose an integral indicator of the level of innovative development. This, on the one hand, makes it possible to assess the contribution of the functioning of management subsystems to the implementation of innovative development projects, and on the other hand, to approach the choice of an innovative development strategy from existing strategic alternatives in a more reasonable manner. The authors also propose a financial toolkit for the support of innovative measures, which provides for the creation of an innovative development fund based on the mobilization of own funds through the successful implementation of innovative changes. The recommended areas of use of this fund are internal investment in innovative development, insurance and its stimulation based on individual and collective encouragement. Thus, the creation of a target fund can not only ensure the financing of innovations based on deductions, but also, with the established standards of payments, increase material interest in the created real measures so that can promote the development of the enterprise in general.
