This manuscript examines the transformative role of Smart Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, And Algorithms (STARA) in influencing the trajectory of the future of work, emphasizing the imperative of humanizing the workplace to ensure the longevity of business sustainability. Centred on primary data, a comprehensive literature review scrutinizes modular integrations and explanations, focusing on key variables such as Perceived Usefulness and Perceived Organizational Support.
