The number shifted when their direct reports were polled, and Autocratic leadership emerges as the perceived CEO leadership style (40%). The survey findings shed light on the competencies that are deemed most important for successful leadership within the Esports/Gaming industry. The most highly valued competency was adaptability (88%), followed closely by determination/drive for results and Esports industry expertise (68% each), and problem solving (64%).
