An Explanatory Bibliometric Analysis of Investment Behavior

A crucial aspect in behavioral finance is investment behavior, to know-how influencing factors affect the behavior of investors in financial activities. Various theories have been developed by the financial scholars and advisors to have a better knowledge about investors behavior. This study develops a comprehensive bibliometric analysis on investment behavior using VOSviewer. A clear picture is obtained about the evolution of the research on investment behavior from performance analysis. Scientific mapping on citation analysis, co-authorship analysis of countries, co-occurrence analysis of author keywords and bibliographic coupling of countries were analysed using VOSviewer tool. Research trend in the area of investment behavior is flourishing with intensive publications.
