Determinants of Inclusive Ecosystem for Entrepreneurial Education of Differently Abled Students: A Universal Design Approach

The purpose of the study is to comprehend the perspective of students with disabilities about the use of the Universal Design approach in entrepreneurship education. The current study is a mixed research approach based on primary data collected from Differently abled students and Associated Educators. Using the Kregcie-Morgan table for the calculation of sample size, a sample of 109 respondents at a 10% margin of error was considered. The Data interpretation was conducted using the Factor analysis using SPSS and confirmatory factor analysis using AMOS software. For qualitative analysis 9 educators were selected for the study. The data obtained was transcribed and analysed using the Nvivo 14 software. The differently abled students’ data revealed that the Entrepreneurial Instruction is specifically tailored to be beneficial and easily understandable for individuals with varying levels of abilities. Equitable use encouraging promotion of entrepreneurial interaction and communication among students and between students and faculty is least agreed by the students. One unit increase in the mean score of Universal Design Approach will lead to a substantial increase in the mean scores of inclusive entrepreneurial education ecosystems. The results show that the Educators associated with differently abled students have shown considerable interest in the title of the research during the study.
