Electrophysical Properties and Current Transport Mechanisms in Semiconductor Complex Compounds with Supramolecular Structure
摘要
Electrophysical properties of Germanium complex compounds (GCC) with supramolecular structure and current transport mechanisms in it are investigated. Measurement results of electrophysical parameters, GCC film current–voltage characteristics (CVC), and temperature dependence of a current which flow through it are shown. Current transport mechanisms, which are caused, including, by compound structural features has been considered.
