Complex Formation in Aqueous Solutions of Adenosine Triphosphate with Mg2+ and Ca2+ Ions
摘要
The work represents the study of ATP–Mg2+ and ATP–Ca2+ complexes formation via analysis of fluorescence spectra (FL), Stern–Volmer and Hill dependences for FL quenching, binding parameters and the change of thermodynamic parameters at different temperatures. It is shown that in these complexes a static FL quenching mechanism is implemented, in which noticeable values of the KA binding constant occur at an unchanged value of the number of sites n at temperatures of 293 K, 303 K, and 313 K. Electrostatic interaction is predominant in the complexes. The obtained results are confirmed by computer simulation.
