Development and Applicability Verification of Enhanced Theoretical Model for Analysis of the Complex Electrochemical Systems
摘要
Theoretical analysis and numerical calculations have been employed for studying the applicability of the equations derived from polarography method for the analysis of potentiodynamic polarization curves as a particular case of chronovoltammogramms. A quantitative relation that represents the dependence of the current density on the potential from lowest current densities up to the maximum on the chronovoltammogramms has been obtained analytically. Investigation of temperature-dependent parameters has been performed numerically to confirm that the equation remain justified for low and high temperatures, including water solutions and molten salts. The model has been further verified against an experimental data for low- and high temperature conditions confirming its applicability for the analysis of chronovolammogramms in wide range of systems and conditions. The application of the theoretical framework and equations developed within a polarography method for the analysis of the potentiodynamic polarization curves has been demonstrated.
