摘要

In the conditions of military operations and geopolitical instability, the management of transport and logistics systems becomes a difficult and extremely important task. Modern conflicts require a high level of readiness and efficiency in transport operations, as they not only complicate the accompanying economic challenges, but also endanger the security and normal functioning of logistics networks. In this context, it is important to consider the issues that arise in the management of transport and logistics systems during military operations. The lack of stability and predictability in wartime conditions creates a series of challenges for the organization and effective functioning of logistics processes. Constant security threats, infrastructure changes and traffic restrictions require excellent strategies and solutions in the field of transport management. This article examines the key aspects of managing transport and logistics systems in the context of military operations. The problems and challenges faced by transport enterprises during conflicts are considered, as well as ways to solve these problems using the latest strategies and technologies. A mathematical model for optimization of operating costs in regular transport systems was developed. Aspects of security, optimization of logistics processes and adaptation to the conditions of military operations are highlighted.
