摘要

This paper aims to examine the influence of GHR Management Practices on employee engagement, creativity, and environmental attitudes and behaviors, as well as to examine the mediating roles of employee engagement and organizational creativity in shaping attitudes and behaviors towards environ-mental sustainability. The research adopts a quantitative approach, utilizing survey data collected from a sample of organizations across various industries. Measures of GHR Management Practices, Employee Engagement, Organizational Creativity, and Attitudes and Behaviors towards the Green Environment are assessed through validated scales. 189 questionnaires were collected from members of the Jordanian Customs Department staff as well as tax officials. By using Smart PLS-4 (SEM-PLS-4), the results indicate significant positive effects of GHR Management Practices on Employee Engagement, Organizational Creativity, and Attitudes and Behaviors towards the Green Environment. Furthermore, the study finds that Employee Engagement and Organizational Creativity mediate the relationship between GHR Management Practices and attitudes and behaviors towards environmental sustainability. This paper contributes to the understanding of how GHR Management Practices can influence or-generational sustainability efforts by fostering employee engagement, stimulating creativity, and shaping environmental attitudes and behaviors. The results offer useful guidance to companies looking to include environmental factors into their HR plans, which will eventually support more general sustainability goals and improve organisational performance.
