摘要

In the dynamic landscape of private higher education institutions (PHEIs), effective disruption management is essential post-COVID-19. This quantitative paper explores managerial innovation’s pivotal role in navigating disruptions and fostering sustainable growth within PHEIs. Drawing from diverse stakeholders’ insights, proactive strategies like technology integration and flexible leadership are emphasised for effective disruption management. Quantitative assessments revealed divergent perceptions between students and staff regarding management innovativeness, with statistical analyses highlighting significant associations between ratings and stakeholder groups. Variations in ratings across institutions, academic levels, and faculties were attributed to institutional culture and individual perspectives. The study underscores the significance of innovation culture in shaping institutional resilience and advocates for robust, technology-driven disruption management strategies.
