A Study on the Influence of Locations of the Institution on the Service Quality in Education Institutions in with Reference to Bangalore

This study aims to examine the influence of location on service quality in educational institutions within the Bangalore City. The role of location in educational settings has been recognized, with studies highlighting its impact on accessibility, resources, community engagement, and infrastructure. However, there is a lack of extensive research that specifically investigates how location influences the quality of education services. This research addresses this gap by investigating the impact of Bangalore City’s geographical location on the quality of education services offered to students. The study methodology includes gathering data on various dimensions of service quality, including reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, tangibles, learning, enthusiasm, organization, group interaction, individual rapport, breadth, and assessments. The collected data is analyzed using ANOVA tests to determine the significance of location on these service quality dimensions. The findings reveal that while some dimensions show significant effects of location, others do not. Based on the results, suggestions are provided to enhance service quality in education institutions, considering the specific location-related factors. The study contributes to understanding factors shaping service quality in educational settings and provides insights for improving education in Bangalore City.
