Evaluation of Supply Chain Quality Management Strategies: A TOPSIS-Based Analysis in the Context of Blockchain Technology

This study delves into the intersection of supply chain quality management practices and blockchain technology, aiming to evaluate their relationship using the Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to the Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method. By synthesizing relevant literature, the research investigates eight strategy alternatives within supply chain quality management, particularly focusing on their integration with blockchain technology. Through rigorous analysis, the study identifies key strategies that stand out in enhancing supply chain quality management, with blockchain-enabled traceability emerging as a significant approach. The findings underscore the importance of leveraging blockchain technology to improve transparency, accountability, and efficiency within supply chains. Moreover, the study highlights the potential of blockchain in revolutionizing traditional supply chain practices, emphasizing the need for its integration to achieve transformative improvements in quality management.
