Information Support for Financial Communication of Economic Recovery
摘要
A new trend has emerged in the global economy – countries strengthening their defense capabilities. War is a trigger for economic reforms aimed at increasing the competitiveness and efficiency of economies. The focus is on building up military capabilities and cooperation with European industry, sharing startups and defense industry standards for mutual benefit and security guarantees. Economic recovery in the process of military aggression is a complex process that requires a comprehensive approach aimed at restoring infrastructure, supporting enterprises, and maintaining social stability. To implement the goals of the “Open Government” International Partnership Strategy (2023–2028), it is proposed to raise the level of awareness of the circular economy among enterprises, the public, and government bodies of Ukraine. For reasons of security after the war, it is expedient to develop a strategy for the recovery of the economy, taking into account the needs of various sectors, to intensify economic activity and ensure access to resources, to provide tax and financial support to enterprises that have suffered catastrophically as a result of the war. The advantage of financial communication is the algorithmization of the use of one’s financial resources, international aid, investments and partnerships with other countries and international organizations. The expansion of the information environment will contribute to the stimulation of participation in the development of various strategies for the restoration of the industrial arsenal and the attraction of investments.
