Communication and Management

Scientific and technological developments have turned radiology departments into one of the main crossroads of modern health service, which requires proper professional management and communication skills. Radiologists should be competent in communicating with patients, staff in their department, and referring clinical colleagues. The following chapter aims to stimulate interest and underline the importance of these competencies per the objectives of the ESR European Training Curriculum.
