Regulating Regional Supply Chains of Dairy Products
摘要
The contribution discusses scientific approaches to forming supply chains for milk and dairy products. Particular attention is paid to the key components: agricultural producers and milk processors. Having performed the analysis of the dairy subcomplex of the agro-industrial complex, the authors have identified the trends in which the growth rate of milk production exceed the growth rate of the production of dairy products. It has been determined that in the Kirov region the stable economic relations between participants of the supply chain in the dairy market have been disrupted. The authors have performed the assessment of the value added quality of milk processing enterprises in the Kirov region, which allows determining the development directions for regional support measures for those business units that have the greatest economic potential for increasing the functioning efficiency of the regional dairy subcomplex of the agro-industrial complex. According to the study results, the regional policy directions have been developed. These developed directions are aimed at orienting the activities of all the organizations of the dairy subcomplex towards achieving the single final result – increasing the operating efficiency and sustainability of the entire supply chain.
