Measures to Support Youth Initiatives in the Field of Sustainable Development

Youth initiatives are considered one of the most promising for any field of activity. They are distinguished by freshness and breadth of views. Issues of sustainable development are global in nature and relevant to the entire world community. Therefore, it is especially important to attract young minds to solve global problems. Like any projects, youth initiatives in the field of sustainable development require support. In this regard, within the framework of this study, the authors set a goal to study measures to support youth initiatives in the field of sustainable development. The authors examined both public and private support measures that currently exist in the field of youth projects. They were ranked according to the significance degree and the impact on the implementation success. By analyzing information, existing measures to support youth initiatives were identified. Using the grouping method, these measures were divided into those that were significant and those that were less significant for the success of implementation. Using expert assessment, the most promising support measures were identified. Conclusions are drawn about the importance of the participation of young scientists, researchers and inventors in achieving sustainable development goals. The existing measures to support them, their applicability and significance in modern conditions are highlighted.
