Model of Professional Training of Financial Managers and Conditions of Its Realization

The development of market economy of our country entails social and economic transformations and thus imposes new requirements to the training of a financial manager in demand, competitive in the labor market. Training of managers in the field of financial management should be carried out in accordance with the requirements of federal educational standards, regulatory legal documents governing the educational process in universities. At the same time, it is necessary to be based on the constantly changing demands of employers. This work presents a model of professional training of financial managers, which consists of several blocks. The process of training competitive – financial managers at the level of bachelor's and master's degree is reduced to the realization of the model developed by the authors. This model is based on the realization of the concept of competence approach. For this purpose it is necessary to find out what tasks and functions will be solved by the model of professional training. The contribution also presents pedagogical conditions of successful realization of this model.
