Analysis of Bankruptcy Practice in Russia in the Post-Covid Period

Bankruptcy is an important economic indicator that reflects the state of financial markets and business activity. The study of bankruptcies of legal entities and individuals is an integral part of the analysis of the economic situation in the country. This article provides an overview of bankruptcies and their analysis for the period from January to September 2023 and 2022. The significance of the insolvency procedure or, in other words, bankruptcy in the sphere of economic relations is certainly great. Scientists and economists pay attention to the institution of bankruptcy as a key tool for managing financial crises and restructuring business in conditions of instability. The study and analysis of this institute helps develop effective strategies to overcome economic difficulties and restore business health. The current economic difficulties in Russia, such as instability in the global economy, sanctions, fluctuations in prices for oil and other goods, as well as internal economic factors, have caused problems for enterprises and businesses. This includes difficulty obtaining financing, increasing debt, and general financial instability. In this regard, the institution of bankruptcy comes to the fore as a mechanism that can help business entities in solving financial problems.
