Status and Prospects for the Development of Russia’s Trade with Africa Countries

The research purpose is to develop the most effective economic model of interaction between economic entities in Russia and African countries in the context of digitalization of the global economy. The relevance of the study is determined by the fact that the development of trade, economic and investment cooperation between Russia and African countries requires a more complete and in-depth understanding of the state of the business climate of these countries. Based on the analysis of a vast array of statistical data, this contribution investigates contemporary problems in the development of trade between Russia and African countries in the system of modern world economic relations in order to propose possible models for the development of Russian-African economic relations. An analysis is made of possible options for economic cooperation both at the level of individual countries and individual Russian regions. An assessment is made of the impact of the integration of Russia and Africa on the world economy.
